Targets in the Catchment Action Plan (CAP) are compatible and interact with plans and strategies developed by local government or state government agencies.
Targets are either:

condition targets (CT) identifying change in resource condition over a given period (usually the 10-year life of the CAP) and developed to fit the NSW framework of state-wide targets.

management targets (MT) supporting the condition targets. Management targets are based on Hawkesbury Nepean CMA levels of investment. They include one- and/or three-year target as well as a 10-year target.
